How it works

From first conversation
to ongoing operations.

Corluma follows the same process for every client. There are no surprises, no undefined timelines, and no unnecessary delays. Here is what to expect from the moment you get in touch.

Get in touch

Step 1: Tell us about your situation.

Step 2: We map the right solution for your structure.

Step 3: We manage the onboarding process.

Step 4: We are your single point of contact.

Step 1

Tell us about your situation.

The first step is a conversation. We ask about your business, your structure, the jurisdictions you operate in, and the banking relationships you currently have or need.

We do not charge for this conversation, and we will tell you directly whether we can help. If we cannot, we will say so.

  • Your current banking relationships and any gaps
  • The structures, currencies, and jurisdictions involved
  • Your timeline and any immediate operational requirements
  • Whether Corluma is the right fit for your situation

Step 2

We map the right solution for your structure.

If we can help, we produce a proposal. This maps the banking providers suited to your structure, the services each provides, and the approach we will take to establish and maintain those relationships on your behalf.

The proposal gives you a clear view of what we will do, how we will do it, and what we need from you. Every proposal is a precise description of what Corluma will manage on your behalf.

Step 3

We manage the onboarding process.

Once the proposal is agreed, we manage the onboarding process with each provider on your behalf. This includes preparing documentation, handling provider communications, and managing the due diligence process from start to finish.

We keep you informed at every stage. You will know where each application stands, what is outstanding, and what to expect next. What you will not be doing is chasing providers, managing documentation requests, or absorbing the back-and-forth that onboarding typically involves. We handle that.

Once onboarding is complete, you are a customer of the relevant licensed provider, with the regulatory protections that come with that relationship. Corluma's role from that point is to manage the relationship on the provider's behalf, not as a third party sitting outside it but as an entity with the contractual authority to act within it.

Step 4

We are your single point of contact.

Once banking is in place, Corluma continues to manage your provider relationships under the contractual authority it holds from each licensed partner. You have 1 point of contact. That contact has standing with every provider it represents.

When you need to add a provider, expand into a new jurisdiction, or resolve an issue with an existing relationship, you contact us. We handle it.

This is not a project that ends at setup. It is a managed service that continues for as long as you need it.
